AC 1.0 fast approaches!

Postby Captain Glume » Wed Dec 10, 2014 3:08 pm

With AC 1.0 and the promised lobby system we will be able to have (I assume) inter org bouts of teams and free for all's as well as Org to Org battles.

Also racing.

Does anyone want to step up to the plate to take charge of these events? We have an ungodly amount of prizes...

Well that would be me. Given the quiet death of my most recent racing proposal, I'm not sure quite how we ought to go about things, though, especially when it comes to contests. Do you have thoughts on this?

Well it all depends on just how flexible the lobby system is. If it lets us do things like I mentioned above then it should be easy to manage a race. Probably even use that new spectator mode they were talking about. But I think it should be do able to make something work!

The lobby system is good, what little of it I could get into before disconnect.

After the holidays the WSGM will resume. I would be honored to host a weekly or by weekly event as well.

We are just waiting for the servers to calm down before we can do anything.

Been having a blast playing AC 1.0. Even with the technical issues it has been an amazing experience. Would be very interested in joining you all for some rounds.

Has anyone had issues with non-invitees showing up in races? That is the one game mode which has stayed entirely private for me.
