The Enablers Contest "404 – tagline not found"

Postby Captain Glume » Sun Feb 09, 2014 6:39 pm

Attention all Enablers!

Our first official contest is also our most important. Batgirl's excellent SCAA podcast show has the most excellent tagline of "Rehab is not an option". Up to this point The Enablers have been using this tagline as well. However, it really doesn't fit with the dynamic of our organization and philosophy.

That is where you, the lifeblood of The Enablers, come into play!

We want you to submit, as many times as your creative process allows, tagline submissions that extols the virtue & spirit of The Enablers. The winning tagline submission's author will be awarded a MISC Freelancer!

Creative Limitations:
The tagline needs to be able to fit in a signature, and on our official organizations page, as such size is a limiting factor. When considering your tagline for submission we recommend you first test it in a signature example to make sure it fits and looks good with our official logo (thanks Pappy!).

Contest Prizes:
The winning entry will receive a 'MISC Freelancer!' ($110 value)
First runner-up will receive a limited edition 'F7A Military Hornet Upgrade' ($20 value)
Second runner-up will receive a $10 'Star Citizen gift card'

Contest Rules:
All submissions must be posted to this official thread. In the event of any duplicate entries the earliest submission will supersede any later copies.
All submissions must be by The Enablers members (either officially joined to our organization or by having a open organization invitation waiting in their RSI account).
All submissions must be posted to the official thread within 14 days of this posting to be considered for this contest.
All contest submissions will be judged by The Enablers's current council members with the final 10 semifinalists being voted on by The Enablers membership. The winning submission and runners-up will be chosen by most total votes received. in the event of a tie our Queen will make the final decision.
Winners will be notified via the official RSI PM system.
The Enablers council is not eligible to win prizes. in the event that prize(s) are won, the next runner-up shall receive that prize and so forth down the line.

Contest Ends Feb 23rd!

I will try to come up with some taglines, however I don't want to win the prize if mine wins. I already have a Freelancer and I don't need another one so I would just gift it to someone else who actually needs one.

Or you could melt it for $110 in CIG Store Credits...

"SCAA is not something you join, it’s a way of life"

"Be part of the solution, not the problem"

"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference. "

"Make the best use of what is in your power, and take the rest as it happens."

Just a few quick ones, I will give it some more thought, if you think these do not fit.

"Just because you close your eyes does not make you invisible."
As in you are not alone we are here with you, join us in the Verse. A play on how some gamers feel and Aliens (Space ones).

This one works in my brain, I think their are worms in there though, but not sure how it will come off to others.
