Org Alpha assets. Time to spend them?

Well Reaper, first we need to settle on just WHAT we want to do with our assets before we can go further... But we seem to be stalled outright.

We need to set some rules on how decisions are made. Right now we more or less seem to require a majority vote, but not everyone bothers to reply to we never "have a quorum", so to speak, and nothing gets done. There needs to be some sort of rule in place to help this problem. Something like

- Once a proposal is made, Board members have 1 week to respond. At the end of that time, the majority of the votes cast shall determine whether or not the motion carries.

On voting, contact needs to be made with the board members, not just post something and see who responds. Board Members need to be notified there is a vote and on what.


Edit; I'm not sure what the issue is, whether it is the site or my e-mail provider, but I have not received e-mail notifications from this site since shortly after signing up, and I have subbed to several topics.

It probably is your email provider, Shank. Our webhost seems to get blocked by a lot of ISPs.

But probably the easiest thing to do would be to share our email addresses with each other so we can directly notify everyone.
