I would have to say no also to non - members. I have heard rumors that sometimes when these kind of things are opened to everyone, there are groups that try to take them over for themselves, as well as trolls.

Agreed. Seems there is always groups looking for 'free' places to abuse... We see it all the time in SL.

Should the Org be looking to take over the payments for this? I'm starting to feel bad that Reaper is paying some real money to paying for the service.

If we were to spend org funds for anything I think this is it. The server is something that benefits the entire community and helps us to enjoy the game more.

We could set up a donation to Reaper for the payments.

We are good until the end of July and I am happy to do it so don't feel bad please but what I might do is make a small comp just for voice comms and use that raid-call software, But as I said plenty of time for that leave it with me ;)

I agree that we should help out on the costs for voice comms if they become an issue.

If reaper still wants to handle it himself, though, that's fine and we're very grateful to him for it :)

As for non-members... I'm tending towards agreeing with Shank and Glume.

I guess better late than never but I agree to no for non-members.
